Core Temps Going Over 75C

i have an intel e3-1225 v2 with 3 fans that came with the casing, recently i have noticed my core temps going over 75c within 15 mins of playing AC origins, for past 2-3 days the temperature in my country is going over 32c, is it because of the temperature outside? the room i have my pc in only has one ceiling fan no air-conditioner.

certainly, it being 8-10C warmer indoors will result in 8-10C warmer CPU temps...

75C (which would be 65C if better ambient temps of 23C, etc) is still well sort of thermal throttling...
