Yeah, that is a little hot. The max temp of the 2400g is 95C. I prefer to keep that CPU average load temps under 80C.
You should try and back off the voltage if it is stable to get lower temps. If that does not work, then you will either need to drop your OC or get a better cooler. While the wraith stealth is a decent stock cooler, it does not support high overclocks.

The RAM frequency should not impact the CPU temp.
I lowered the ram frequency to 2866 and now the cpu's temp is hovering between 80 to 85, is this good? Or should I better stop?
