Core Unlocking not working

I just bought asus m5a78l-m/usb3 mobo, which supports core unlocking, but i dont see any such option either in bios or during startup (press 4 to unlock)
please help what should i do?

Got the same mobo: in the bios > advanced menu> cpu configuration > enable advanced clock calibration on auto >enable unleashing mode > put active cpu cores on manual and turn on one core at the time.... And what's is your cpu?
