Core voltage increasing and decreasing when idle.

My core voltage is increasing and decreasing when idle between 0.700 and 1.000 any ideas?

Newer CPUs run at variable speeds based on system load. This feature can be disabled in the BIOS so the CPU runs at full speed all the time but it uses more electricity and creates more heat.

SpeedStep/EIST if running a Intel chip, Cool N Quiet if running a AMD chip I believe

Yes if you have some need to run the CPU full speed all the time. If not just leave it be.

Is cpu core temp 60 - 66 degrees normal while gaming?

I have a 2500k stock cooling.
