Core2 Quad Q6600 and Radeon R7 360 for CS:GO

Hello, everyone! I have an old PC with a Core2 Quad Q6600 and a GeForce 9800 GTX+. I don't really use it, so I've decided to give it to my brother, who only plays CS:GO, but it doesn't perform that well. My question is: How good will the game run on 1080p resolution and Low settings, if I upgrade the GPU to a Radeon R7 360? Thanks!

Should be fine, I played on a core 2 duo e7500 and was over 60fps (in compet)
with a r7 250x
