Core2Duo and 3dMark06

Is there any reason for an E6400 Overclocked from 2.13 to 2.6 to run at less than 1 FPS in the CPU Test of 3DMark06? Is this benchmark just that much of a beast? I'm wondering if there's not some BIOS Setting I'm missing. Thanks in advance!

Here's the Setup.

Asus P5B Deluxe
2GB Corsair PC2-8000
MSI 880GTS 640MB
530W Hiper PSU

Thank you. Looks like I need to do some PSU Shopping. I had thought I should be worried getting less than 1FPS, but if that test is meant to put the CPU under the same Strain as the GPU, then I'm not worried about the 1FPS any more. Thanks much!
