I don't know if i shuld be woried or if i need to fix this quickly.
And aren't the cores and CPU in the same place, so why are they diferent temperatures
I use a i7 960 3.20 GHz, and read temperatures with SpeedFan.

Solution

That should be correct, there is a general package temp that is lower than usual then there are the separate cores, pay attention to the highest core for the most accurate reading of high temperatures.

The CPU package varies temperature from core to core, for example my laptop processor's core is 111 Degrees on Core 1 and 108 Degrees on Core 2 (Fahrenheit) They generally are around the same temperature but if you have 60 on one core and 85 on the other then there may be an issue with one of your CPU packages.
