do you need it for windows 11? AFAIK, the JTPM header needs compability too for the motherboard to work on, the pin compatible one is TPM 2.0 (MS-4136), but supported only 400 series and above amd am4 motherboard and 300 series and above.
If you want to use windows 11 it is better to buy a newer platform, an i3 10100f + b560m mobo + ddr4 ram at any speeds wont hurt that much compared to buy a tpm module that doesn't even know if it's compatible. even you dont need tpm if you use that gen 10 cpus, just update the motherboard bios to the latest, check if intel ptt is on and secure boot is on user (install the keys if it didnt yet).
well, an i3 10100 (or 10100F if you have a gpu) + lga 1200 board will support windows 11, but yeah it came at a price, atleast identical specs and performance (within margin) with i7 7700, but have official support and firmware tpm
