Correcting error in index 130

when i turn on th ecomputer it want's to run chdsk and then come up with index $130 error
but if i hit escap and about the test it boots up and loads the windows ex how do i fix this?

run chkdsk & have it repair any errors it finds

If that fails, consider a reparition and reformat of the drive - next step is replace the drive.
