Corrupt Files cant be fixed?

I cant paste bin it, as The file is too large. How should I post the log?

One thing that might help is:

right click start button
choose powershell (admin)
copy/paste this command into window:
Repair-WindowsImage -Online -RestoreHealth and press enter
SFC fixes system files, DISM cleans image files, re run SFC if it failed to fix all files and restart PC

which version of win 1o are you on?
right click start
choose run...
type winver and press enter
Current version is 1709 build 16299.19

If sfc keeps failing, I have helped someone last week with a similar problem and came to conclusion that SFC is faulty at the moment on some installs.
