Corrupt files

Hello,
I resently restored computer back to factory now all files I try to download get near to end of download then I get message this file is corrupt and it closes without installing cant even download norton 2010 that is paid for says its a corrupt file! please help whats wrong?

Hi: out of curiosity, why you restored your computer back to factory default!!
on the other hand what windows are you running win XP, win Vista, Win 7!!
Finally: can you tell us what system do you have?
