Corrupt graphic card

I haven't used my pc from last 6 month then, yesterday i started it my monitor wasn't displaying anything then i removed and again installed ram still it wont start then i removed my graphic card and it worked perfectly does that mean my graphic card got corrupt please tell me any solution if it got corrupt cause i couldn't afford another graphic card. I have AMD Radeon R9 270x Toxic Boost Graphic Card. One thing i want to mention is that i couldn't see anything fried or damaged of my graphic card everything is alright.

have you tried putting it back in now things are working ? or have you tried a different pcie slot ?
