Corrupt update left me with no os on my hard disk

So I updated to Windows 10 anniversary (was on Windows 10) and it turned out to be corrupt so it tries to roll back, but then a couple hours later I came back to my computer being off. Now when I boot, all I get is the motherboard bios boot screen, then followed by a flashing underscore in the upper left corner.
