Question Corrupted PC (I Think)

Lately my pc has been blue screening alot, not idea why but i didn't think much of it. But since yesterday i have not been able to boot up my PC. Everytime it gets powered on it will attempt to repair but fail almost immediately after, i cant soft reset or factory reset it just says "it cant complete the action right now." I have tried booting into safe mode but that makes no difference
