Corruption? Or something else?

I have been trying to play Garys Mod and it is telling me i have no maps installed and that all my addons are not their, Im extremely afraid that my storage is corrupt because my pc is booting up with the black with white text asking me to repair text but giving me the option to start up as usual. Please I need feedback soon

it just came back i verified my cache and it just worked i have no clue how sorry for the time waste
