Ok so I've made a major mistake with connecting the front panel USB 3.0 of my new corsair 100R case in my motherboard. I connected it in the motherboard USB 3.0 header then later needed to disconnect it again to clean the motherboard. but then I found out the cable wouldn't come out of the header, tried wiggling it, but to no avail. I watched a video on how to do it and it seemed like I was doing it right. So I kept going, and soon enough it did come out, but looking at it I found out the USB 3.0 cable connector had left the plastic in the motherboard header, leaving the pins exposed.

I was extremely confused then found out the double USB 3.0 port cables have some sort of latch system that locks it into the motherboard, but I dont see a release on the cable, but now I just feel very stupid for letting myself do that to the connector. So pretty much my question to you guys is that is there a replacement to the USB 3.0 front panel cables of the Corsair 100R case? or is there anything I can buy that plugs into the motherboard and goes to the end of the cable with USB ports that look like this?

Because I need the USB ports to not have a plastic covering to be able to fit in there slots in the front panel of the case. Any help in replacing the USB 3.0 front panel cable would be greatly appreciated. I don't care if it's USB 2.0 either, I just really need to replace it Pronto, because just looking at the empty USB slots in my case makes me uneasy.
