Is corsair 380T better? Is it worth the extra? Which one is better for custom watercooling in future (a full gpu+cpu loop). My planned build-

The PSu in your build needs to be changed as it is low quality. Stick with antec, XFX, Seasonic.

Both cases are very good but are post pretty large for mITX cases. Keep this in mind. There are plenty of mATX cases with handles that are about the same size and have smaller footprints making them actually take up less space despite being a tad larger. NZXT Vulcan is an example of one. I had one and loved it.
