corsair 300r case

i was wondering if it is okay to have that upper panel thing open like on the pic its removed

will that give it more air in? cuzz its pretty windy here and i sometimes play all day , my pc right next to the window , or is it bad and will just give me unecesary dust in it?

Just leave it.It's better if you do.

It will get some dust in, and it will provide more airflow as well. You will just need to clean your case more often.
It should work just fine with in on or off, anyway.

okay ty , had this for a month , ill clean it like everyone 3-5 months
