Corsair 300R front fan

I want to install a second fan in the front of my corsair 300R case, but I am not sure how to access the fan mount location. Also I tried to remove the front panel (I removed all the screws at the front and pulled from the bottom like it seems many people reccomend) but it wouldn't come off.
Any help will be appreciated.

Their no screws to remove it just pulls off look at the 4 min mark.
