Corsair 400C Fan setup.Is it ok for two 120mm fans at the top and one 120mm at the back?

Im going to put two 140mm in the front of the case. Then im deciding if I should get two 140 at the top or two 120 at the top and a 120 at the back

I would think the 2 x 140 in the front, and then a 120 at the back, and a 120/140 blowing out the top.
