Corsair 500r fan controller

The stock fan controller which comes with Corsair 500r case is terrible and there seems to be no or very little difference between high and low settings, making the fans sound very loud. I was wondering what would be a good fan controller to replace the stock controller to control the stock fans which come with the case. I was looking at this fan controller. Would this be a good fan controller or is there a better one for my budget of £30 ~ £35?
