Corsair 500r , Front fan controller to molex then to motherboard.

I'm having trouble to find the header on the motherboard. This is for the front fans control panel and the molex cable I got from corsair RM850 is different. Instead plug in to power supply, this one has to plug in the motherboard. it has 4 small holes at the end. can someone help me ? Do I plug it in the fan header? I tried but it doesn't work. Hm...
