Corsair 500R vs Antec P280

The Corsair 500R is by far much better. Cooling options are much nicer with more fan capability, and also the side fan will nicely cool your graphics cards.

The Antec P280 is however much quieter, but you will not as much cooling as the 500R.

hows the cooling in p280 ?
i dont want high temps ...

Cooling is not bad, but it is not comparable to the 500R.
P280:
Front: 4x 120mm fan mount (two in the front, two internal behind the drive cage)
Rear: 1x 120mm Antec TwoCool exhaust fan
Top: 2x 120mm Antec TwoCool exhaust fans

The 500R:
Front: 2x 120mm intake fan
Rear: 1x 120mm exhaust fan (supports 140mm)
Top: 2x 120mm fan mounts
Side: 1x 200mm intake fan (supports up to 2x 120/140mm fans)
Bottom: 1x 120/140mm fan mount

The graphs have both cases, and will give you an idea of temperature difference.

im planing to take 2 Antec TwoCool 120 120mm Fans
its a good choice ?
and is really necessary to put one at the bottom? can i put both on the front ?

If you are adding 2 Antec TwoCool to the front then you don't necessarily need a bottom fan. I like having a bottom fan to add extra directional air flow. Essentially air is moving from low to high and front to back. The Antec TwoCool seem ok. But if you do want to use a fan on the bottom you need a ball bearing fan not a sleeve fan. You should be fine with 2 front fans.

i was thinking about a CoolerMaster CM 690 III? its a good case compared to p280 and 500r?

Since you are going to overclock and run SLI, I would get either the 690 or the 500r.
Both should provide you with similar adequate cooling.
I haven't seen much information on the CoolerMaster CM 690 III, but I imagine it will be similar, if not better than the CoolerMaster CM 690 II in terms of cooling.

Personally, I would choose the 500r for preference of design.

Are you going to be using water cooling? If so, the top would be a great fit for a 240mm radiator. The 200mm fan in the front should be good to bring lots of air in. The 120mm rear exhaust is standard and should be fine. Since you will be having sli, I would recommend getting 2 120mm fan or 1 180/200mm fan on the side for intake. The bottom 120mm fan might not be a good idea, since many psu will be in the way of this fan.

So, here is my simplified list for your case:
● Top: 240mm radiator
● Front: 200mm fan
● Rear: 120mm fan
● Side: 2 120mm fan or 180/200mm fan

no i will be using air cooling
so i will take the Antec Big Boy 200 200mm Fan for the side is that ok?

Depending on how tall your CPU Cooler is, you may of may not have room for a large side fan. But, the side fan location seems to be pretty low, so a 2 120mm fan setup should be fine. You might want to buy it, and then determine if you have room for a 200mm side fan.
Also, since you are not water cooling, I would place 2 120mm fans on top to let the heat rise out.

List:
● Top: 2 120mm fans
● Front: 200mm fan
● Rear: 120mm fan
● Side: 2 120mm fan

This should provide plenty of cooling for overclocking and sli.

i will be using the noctua nh-d14
and im not sure there will be room for the top fans (or even 2 side fans)
but i could be worng
