Corsair 600T , side panel fans for R290 reference card?

I'm using Corsair 600T , Asus R290 and Intel 4770k.

Both R290, 4770k runs hot under heavy load , but r290 also throatles too much. Case has one 200mm front fan, one 200mm top , and a 120mm rear fan. Chaning their speed with fan control doesn't change the temperatures much.

I guess only option is to use the mesh panel instead of window panel. And use side panel fans.
The problem is graphics card has reference cooling. Heat sinks are totally sealed with a plastic cover , will blowing more air to the card with side panel fans help cooling it down?

If yes, which one is more effective ,one a 200mm fan or 4 80mm fans?

I'd use one 200mm fan. It's quieter. It may be just as effective - e.g. a 200mm can have 120 cfm and an 80 mm fan only 30 cfm, so you get the same airflow either way.

And yes, it should help lower temps.

It can help cool down the temps, but it won't be that effective as the reference cooler is complete crap.
If you really want to get it cooler, replace the reference cooler on that thing with this: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835186068

It may be more pricey, but it'll definitely help with the temp and noise and you get to continue using the windowed side panel.
