I am upgrading my old PC from AMD 5600X CPU and 6600XT GPU that has Corsair 650W CX650M PSU to 5800X3D CPU and 4070 Ti (non factory oc) GPU.... question is, is that PSU enough or should I get a stronger one?

As we all know, 5800X3D cant be OCed, but it might be undervolted, and I dont really plan on overclocking 4070ti (at least not in the near future).
Rest of the things in PC affecting power: 1x m.2 SSD, 5 case fans, CPU bequiet dark rock 4 air cooler. If relevant - 2 Monitors, mouse and keyboard.

Partpicker.com wattage estimate is almost 500W if it helps.

I always suggest at least 850 watt these days and 1k if you can afford it (good future proof).

Best buy had the 850 RMX on sale for like 140 or so.

Power supply is over looked on builds. Build your system with a strong foundation from the ground up and you won't have any issues.
