Corsair 760T ventilation

I am planning to buy a Corsair 760T but it doesn't have top opening for fan exhaust. So wont it heat up? Should I open its side panel while gaming? Will it cause dust accumulation?

It does have a top exhaust, its just covered.
Whether you leave the side panel door open or not is up to you.
