Corsair AF140 Quiet Fan vs Be Quiet! Shadow Wings 140mm

So yeah, I was planning to replace the loud fans that came with the Phanteks Enthoo Luxe and need some help in choosing between the Corsair Quiet edition or the Be Quiet Fans. Anyway, these will be connected to a fan controller (linked below) and I want this build to be as silent as possible. I already have led, RBG lighting but more doesn't hurt and I plan on getting 1 static pressure fan for my radiator (single rad) and 3 airflow fans for top intake. Basically having them pull air into the case. Which one would you guys suggest and why? Thanks 😀

I like the Corsair AF Quiet Editions , I have them in my 750D.

Noise from fans is mostly due to the rpm that the fan runs at.
The faster the rpm, the noisier.
Lowering rpm will lower the noise at the cost of airflow.

Yes, there are other parts to quiet, but they are secondary to rpm.
I suggest you first buy your fan controller and see how you do with your current fans.
