I just picked up a new case and have everything installed exept my new corsair H100i Pro AIO watercooler. The manual says to plug the aio pump into the cpu fan header and then the pump has a connection coming from it to plug each of the fans in coming from the radiator.
Now My mobo has an AIO pump header a cpu_fan and a cpu_opt header. Would it be best to go off the manual or plug the pump into the aio pump header, and the fans coming from the radiator into the Cpu fan and cpu opt headers?
Hope this made sense.
Cheers

The CPU_FAN header. That will provide a tachometer signal to the CPU_FAN header so you don't get a CPU Fan warning on boot.

The AIO Pump Header is just a normal fan header that's defaulted to full power.
