Im choosing a matx case from my price range and narrowed it down to these two cases. I really dont need lots of airflow (ill be using a gtx 750ti or 760 and pentinum g3258 OC) and 2 hard drives. I have no intentions of sli. the 350d wouldnt really fit on my desk very well so the case would be hanging about from 3 inches so i would haft to mod my desk but that woudnt be a huge problem but still a bit of a nuisance to do on the other hand the air 240 would fit nicely on my desk since of its cube design wont be too of a problem of it hanging over my desk witch probably wont. So i ask the community of Tom's Hardware what case should i go for?

EDIT : Ive decided to go with the air 240

Solution
I would go with the 350d. The air 240 with a mATX case can't utilize the fan slots on the bottom below the gpu. Also if you use a water cooler for your cpu you can't access one of the fan slots on the top.

i cant since i already have my msi b85m gaming mobo for my build and also i want to try to really oc the pentinum (awesome profile gif btw)

I'm actually considering doing a Micro-ATX build with it when I snag some Black Friday deals. Either that, or the Air 540, which is essentially a larger ATX version of the Air 240

But the thing is i really wont need to worry about cooling, and the fan utilization and i just want what would suit me best so thats why im considering the air 540 since its compact than the almost sized mid tower 350d

i hated the fact that the 540 barley came with any dust filters

If you really don't mind the fans being blocked on the air 240 then you can go with that. I would still recommend the 350d. It's a great case. Take a look at some fractal design cases as well. I have always like their cases.
