Well, I think I have figured out my PC's issue. Feel free to chime in, because if it's not this, I'm STUMPED!

The Issue:

PC goes through the POST, boots to Windows 10, and anywhere from 15 seconds to 20 minutes, the monitor loses signal and says "No Signal". So I go through every damn component and lastly, swapped the 2080 TI out for my old 980TI, sure enough, fires up and it's running flawlessly right now. My question or concern, does this sound like my 1500W PSU is going, or is my setup pulling that much juice, it's just overworking it!?

I personally think the PSU is on it's way out as there's no way I'm running that much power on this setup, probably not even 1/2 of the capability lol.

Specs are:

I7 9700K OC'd to 5.0 GHZ
ASUS ROG Maximus XI Formula
EVGA RTX 2080 TI
Corsair Vengeance 32GB DDR PC3200
Corsair AX1500i PSU
Samsung 950 1 250GB SSD M.2
Samsung 940 250GB SSD
Samsung 940 1TB SSD
Full EKWB Custom Water Loop
Acer Predator 32" 165hz monitor through DP

It seems like a GPU issue, its dropping the display signal and you stopped having this issue when you changed the GPU.
p.s:Your PSU is overkill for your system, I have a 1200w and its overkill. I just bought a 1200W because I was mining with multiple GPUs.

This is the 2nd card I've received from EVGA, that's the issue. What are the chances that 2-3 of these things have been junk? They didn't send a refurb'd card the first time, it was brand new since the one I overnighted them was 1 day old haha. The 2nd card was a true RMA that they refurbished, certified and sent to me.

On another thread, I'm told to uninstall all GPU drivers using DDU, shut the system down, reinstall the 2080ti and install a fresh driver directly from Nvidia, and to not use GeForce Experience anymore as well haha.
