Corsair Carbide 275R Airflow Advice

This is my first time building a PC and I have some questions about cooling in the 275R. This is my build: https://ca.pcpartpicker.com/list/mDnmWD

1) Are the stock fans good quality or should I replace them with aftermarket fans? (Which aftermarket fans do you recommend?)

2) What is the best configuration of fans to give the best airflow and keep temperatures down? (How many fans and what size?)

Probably countless thousands upon thousands of folks using but a single air intake fan and a single exhaust fan without issue...(myself included, w/ 7700K w/ Noctua NH-D15, and GTX1060, no issues)

I used my supplied Corsair fan (came with 100R) for exhaust, it works fine....
