Spec-03.

If you haven't bought the Spec-03 yet, you have more choices on stock LED fan colors (orange, red, white). The Spec-02, you're pretty much stuck with red.

The front headers (USB and Audio Jacks) are slightly angled (less "folding" of cables) in the Spec-03 compared to the almost upright headers of the Spec-02.

The front vent slats of the Spec-03 are widely-spaced and larger compared to the Spec-02's thinner and closely-spaced grilles. Dust accumulating in these grilles would be easier to clean in the Spec-03.
