Hi,
I've been lookign around the forums for this question but all the answers kinda confused me :/
Does a h100i fit ina Corsair Spec 03? i did check on google also and seems like the fans would fit because h100i would be 240mm and in the top the case have 2x 120mm slots.
Thank you!

Solution
This is a ryzen build with a 1060 , a secondary 1tb drive (ssd space will fill up fast) & what I consider a better monitor.
While I am a fan of the lg ultra wides, the 25inch model is too small for the game types you list , the text & inventory boxes on these titles will be tiny on that monitor.25inxh sounds bug but on an ultra wide you've actually got the vertical height of a 20 inch screen.

Pcpartpicker (PCPP) may have mistakenly listed the H100i and Corsair Spec 03 as incompatible. But see this build: https://pcpartpicker.com/b/pdWXsY

"Just figured out what happened. PCPP has this case incompatible with the H100i cooler. That is incorrect as you can see! I submitted a correction. Corsair Case with 2 120mm on top + Corsair H100i is a winner!"

Hello thank you for your reply, yes i did notice that pcpartpicker wouldn't let me select h100i for my build.

Hello thank you for your reply, honestly i was gonna buy Corsair Vengeance 2x8GB but from the build that raisonjohn linked me it has same type of ram like the on i want, can you suggest me something else that would fit? (16 GB)

P.S. I don't mind changeing the CPU cooler honestly if anyone knows a decent CPU cooler for this build please link it here, this is my build if you wanna take a look: https://it.pcpartpicker.com/list/hgm8tJ also please let me know if anything else isn't right with my build.
Thank you :)

Well you can just go with the corsair vengeance lpx & you'd be good to go.

Assuming you don't own any of these components at the minute & seeing as you're not going for a 144htz screen I would honestly recommend a ryzen CPU & a stronger graphics card than the 1050ti

A lot of those parts aren't showing prices , what your total budget for the tower & monitor ??

Hello thank you for your reply, sadly i already bought the case.... the total would be 1.200 euro about the graphic card i mainly building this to play MMOs like B&S/Perfect World/Tera/Skyforge etc and those games don't really rely on some good graphic card.As for the ryzen CPU.... i was told Intel is best choice :/

To put into perspective (your build is/not showing prices on a lot of stuff) that intel build comes out over budget. (Took those prices straight from amazon.it)

The i7 is stronger than the ryzen at these game types generally , but the ryzen is still more than capable & a lot cheaper.

I wouldn't say a good GPU is unnecessary for these games either , skyforge & b&s are very very GPU intensive games at higher settings.

If you're insistent on Intel still then there are a few better choices you can make in your own build - the monitor as I've mentioned , the corsair cx750 PSU (unnecessary & not great quality) & you do need a secondary drive because those few titles listed will fill that ssd.

Hello madmatt30 thank you verry much for all this detailed infos i really appreciate it,as i said before i try to avoid AMD stuff but i probably will change my mind!
About the monitor&overbudged thing well i already had the monitor :( and as for the driver i plan on using SSD just for B&S and OS.I don't really plan on playing max/ultra settings main reason i picked that GPU is because i will be upgrading later on since also Perfect World Angelica engine which rely on CPU,after all i may buy the monitor you linked i don't mind paying a little extra.

Well if you already have the monitor & you're happy with it then its all good.
The lg screens are really really good quality , I just find the 25 inch model too small personally , if you don't & are happy with it then it doesn't matter at all

I just think the ryzen are much much better value CPU's.

The 1600 is the best price/performance chip on then market full stop.
Nothing touches it for €200 , you don't need an aftermarket cooler & it can be overclocked to within an jnch of Intel's performance.

I'd honesty take a ryzen 1600 & a gtx 1060 over an i7 & a 1050ti any day of the week.

Just shows the value when I got you the ryzen in budget with a 1060 6gb instead of a 1050ti , & a monitor & a second hard drive when that €1200 budget didn't even need to include the hard drive & monitor ;-)

Like I said before if you want to stick with the i7 & the 100i then that's entirely your choice , it's still a great CPU.
If you do decide that then use the corsair lpx ram I listed a couple of days ago & swap that corsair cx750 out for the corsair vengeance 650w I listed above , its a truly great quality PSU & head & shoulders above the CX quality wise.
