build looks good and will run fine, faster sticks, the 2666 will provide a big boost as would 2400 or 2133 sticks, especially with your CPU, the 4770K can carry right on up through, in most case 3000 sticks

with a 4770K your generally good as a recommendation up through at least 2800, that's with a weaker one, the 4670K can generally carry up to 2666
In this case no contest - but don't think you are looking at the whole thing, the CL10 set is 2666 sticks vs 1600 sticks on the CL9 comparatively speaking if you ran the 2666 sticks at 1600 you would prob be running at CL6 vs the spec CL9 of the 'true' 1600 set.....Hoping this was a test, because I think I passed 😉

When looking at DRAM need to look at a combo of freq and CL - neither alone can determine how good performance is, many will tell you different - and if they do - they don't know DRAM

 

Bandwidth-wise: 2666MHz is far better than 1600MHz but you are not likely to benefit from above 1866MHz.

CAS latency - wise: CL9 is better than CL10. The lower the CL, faster the memory (theoretically).

Memory sizes: 2 x 8GB is far better than 4 x 4GB. The 2 x 8GB setup will run with less stress on the memory controller and you will be replace the 4GB modules if the need for memory upgrade arises.

Overall: 2666MHz is better than 1600MHz in terms of bandwidth, higher clock rate and better CL. Though CL10 is slower than CL9, I think is better.

Note: Not all AMD processors support above 1866MHz memory.
Let me know what kind CPU and motherboard you have. If you would ask me for a suggestion between the two i'd stick with 1600MHz as it is stable and moreover 2 x 8GB will run with less stress.

Sorry Lego but as I mention above and even provide an example 2666/CL10 equates to 1600/CL6

If using a chart or in steps if you start with 2666/10
then going down slightly performance wise you'd go to

2400/9 2133/8 1866/7 1600/6 1333/5

Lower CL is better within a given freq, jumping from one freq to another changes things tremendously
 

Yes, I do agree with you on that. I recommended 1600MHz just to be on the safer side as I assumed that the CPU might not support but yeah 2666MHz is work wonders along with 4770K CPU.

Oops the one above is 4 slot. I think this is better like you said 2 slot not stressing memory controller.
CMZ16GX3M2A2400C10 What do you think? This one is 2400 and wayyyyy cheaper. I didnt realize it was 600 dollar one. I actually meant this one.
 
That's one reason I threw the budget part in, the high freq DRAM is up there, I'm planning a 4670K or 4770K now that the BIOSs are getting smoothed out, but I want 32GB of 2800 or better, initially they came out at $2,000, and are now down to $1,200, so I'm going to give it another month

Have a systems business, consulting, building, repairs, upgrades, network design/installation - have to be able to let clients see what they can do/get...and with DRAM in particular, show the advantages of fast DRAM and large amounts if it will work in with what they do, in many cases it might not, but with primarily higher end builds to gamers and business users it often does
 
Sorry been away from comp for so long and now i jsut got back from work out of town more in jungle i can say.
Its agriculture industry, so i bought the comp already and assemble it.
Hahah its great experience which makes me want to quit my job and just hangout all day in front of my comp enjoying every bit of time with it. OMG, ITS DAMN AWESOME GUYS. Sorry guys its like DREAM COME TRUE WITH A SCREAMMMMMMM...

Hahah anyway, i pick the suggestion above to get CMZ16GX3M2A1600C9. Because in my country the LP is not available anymore i look T_T My country kinda eat shiet for providing cheap great comp technology. And plus if i buy my system in US it would cost only 2000 the most. In my country it became 5000 dollar. Unfortunately but i have to eat the bitter pill.
