Question Corsair CP-9020094 EXPLODED!

About a week ago i added a Evga Geforce Rtx 3070 Ti Ftw3 to my system then needed an extra 8 pin connecter to hook up an additional card to run three more monitors. like i had my setup previously. after connecting everything I powered up the system and lightning shot out of the power supply. And yes i sure hope the whole system isn't fried. but here's my question I got a Corsair CP-9020094-UK to replace the fried power supply and didn't realize it was the UK . does that mean the voltage will be 220 ? or can I use it?

The RM1000x has an AC input range of 100-240V.

The only difference will be that power cable will fit UK outlets. Otherwise this is exactly same unit as sold lets say in US.

I would suggest purchasing that PSU from a reputable retailer, not a seller with 11 rating at 36% overall https://www.amazon.com/sp?ie=UTF8&seller=A1818RQIL03MBN&asin=B015PWMTJ2&ref_=dp_merchant_link
They are also not an authorized corsair retailer.

I was not thinking and just grabed the 1st replacement that was the same model.. Not worried about the price just hope it works.

You will need a new main power cable, not sure I'd reuse the one from the blown PSU. I would also replace all the modular cables.

Also you can likely contact Corsair to get the blown RMx replaced, they have a 10 year warranty.
