Corsair CS450M or CX600M?

I've heard about the CX series being unreliable and potentially harmful to SSDs. Is the CS series any better? Both are the same cost and both have sufficient wattage for my system, so it is just a matter of which is higher quality.

I have a CX500M running for a while now and I've had no issues. I would take in consideration that the CX series is not intended for extreme OC and multiple high end GPU's so a basic gaming build the CX600M is fine.
