Corsair CS850M voltage(12v rail)

I have a gtx 1060 6gb card and cs850m psu.I have heard that seasonic,evga make better PSUs.Yeah,thats true..but while overclocking if the voltage drops below 11.4,would the system get damaged or protect itself by shutting down?Any ideas

The PSU specs say it has undervoltage protection, so it should automatically shut off if it dips too low. Your motherboard may have similar functionality as well.
