Hey im thinking of buying Corsair CW-9060015-WW Hydro Series H75 but i'm not sure do you have to add liquid into the radiator or you don't have to add anything.

What are you going to cool with an H75? They make higher models for higher heat output, I just want to make sure that it's going to be enough for your needs.
