I am upgrading some parts and want to know if 650w psu would be enough. I plan to reuse what I can(mid size case, cx650w, 212evo, r9 280 gpu).
My final build could look like this; b350 tomahawk, ryzen 5 1600x, 212evo cooler, 2x8ddr4 ram getting as close to 3200 as I can, 1ssd 120gb, 1tbh harddrive. I would like second monitor and possible crossfire a second r9 280 gpu. Is 650w psu enough to add second monitor and crossfire 2nd r9 280?

Solution
most games don't adjust well with crossfire. I will suggest selling 280 and buy a GTX 1060/1070 instead for the upgrade. In that case, 550 is more than enough. Remember to order AM4 mounting to use 212 evo.
Yes, even CX550 is more than enough. Do you live in US? Can I ask why do you want to crossfire? Yes, 650 is very close call if everything is near stock level.

GPU is 200W *2
CPU is 95 W
rest is 50W
times 1.25 for headroom, 700+ is recommended.

I do live in the US. I am upgrading from fx-8120 and assumed my r9 280 would become a bottleneck with the ryzen 5 1600x. I was trying to reuse gpu, psu, and cpu cooler to get the most from the lower price with ryzen. Otherwise I think I go all in on Intel.
