I wouldn't risk anything over a 1660s in with that PSU. At the cost of today's graphics cards, a new PSU is cheap by comparison. Just get yourself a quality PSU, with sufficient wattage.
Ok i get it but can u help me with this query?
I can afford ,500 euro
The point is that when i use a psu calc with dat specs
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 2600X 3.6 GHz 6-Core Processor
Motherboard: MSI B450-A PRO MAX ATX AM4 Motherboard
Memory: G.Skill Ripjaws V Series 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3200 CL16 Memory
Video Card: Gigabyte GeForce GTX 960 2 GB Video Card
Case: KOLINK STRONGHOLD ATX Mid Tower Case
Power Supply: Corsair CXM (2015) 450 W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-modular ATX Power Supply
Monitor: Samsung C27JG50 27.0" 2560x1440 144 Hz Monitor
SSD m.a2

Its like 300 watt, the gtx 960 spend 120 watt ,so without my old gpu i got free 270 watt.My question is that i can put whatever card that spend max 180 watt?(sry for my English)

There's LOTS of cards you can use with that PSU. But there's plenty that you can't. Probably best you say what GPU you expect to install so we can intelligently respond to you.

That PSU is very underpowered for what it is. It is the low end builder basic and only 450w which is really low for todays standards. You don't want to ever use a power supply (especially a low end one like that) anywhere near it's max (leaving 30% or more is best.) Sure it might work but reliability will be an issue and might just blow up your whole system or start a fire.

It's not the newest PSU or a high end PSU, but I will say I'm confused how you can conclude a PSU that's rated to do 100% rating continuously at 40°C and has all of the necessary protections is going to blow up or start a fire.

It will... at worse... shut down.

I mean... I'd love for people to cycle their PSU ever 7 to 10 years... but they're not going to "burst into flames" if you don't. :D Not typically.

CX450M is a lower end unit, but still decent enough and far from a bomb.

The 1660 super and RTX3050 on the CX450M would be okay. I would not run a 2060 or 6600xt on the CX450M, except in a pinch, even if you do have enough PCIe connectors.

JohnnyGuru you are literally THE guy that I turned to when I was looking for good power supplies because I was tired of the unreliability of the cheaper PSUs. I loved your tear aparts and testing strategies.
I did not mean to in any way disparage Corsair, I use their TX line and they have been flawless for me.
