hello guys i will get this psu becuase it is in sale what do you think about it how it handle a single card like r9 290x? with an i5 4690 8 gb ram ?

Not a good choice. Corsair makes some pretty crappy PSUs. Get a quality one like this:

i guess ill buy evga supernova G2 750w with 30 more euros but will it handle r9 290x?

oops sorry a mistake ill get the 850w version which costs around 150$ but it will last for 4-5 years? supporting new single cards?

Yes. The 850w can support 2 cards.
