corsair cx430 problem!

PC boots after 4-5 hours once turned off, only case n CPU fans are working when switched on. What would have caused such a problem?

Specs :
Processor: Intel core i5 3450 @3.5 Ghz
Mobo: Gigabyte GA-B75M D3H micro ATX
GPU: Asus Gtx 750ti ph 2gd5 2GB
HDD: WD Black RE
CASE: Corsair 330R ATX Mid tower
PSU: Corsair CX 430W Builder edition ATX
Ram: G.Skill Ripjaws f3-106668GBRL (4X2) 8GB
 
Solution
Do you have access to another PSU that you can swap into your rig to isolate the problem? If not, I suspect the PSU is the problem and I would suggest warranty service.

Try this. Remove the power cable going into the PSU itself. Press the power button like you would normally do (yes, I realize the power cable is disconnected. This step removes residual power from components). Wait 30 secs. Re-attach the power cable and attempt to start your rig.

If it starts right away, power the system down as you did before. If it fails to re-start properly (as you originally indicated), I would swap out the PSU.

This process essentially re-sets your PSU.
