Could it handle the gpu?

AMD recommends a 500W PSU with at least 28A on the 12V rail. The CX450 has 37 but remember you have to also include the other components in the calculation. It may get by but it would probably stress the PSU in heavy loads.

It has a ryzen 5 2400g 2 sticks of g slill ram 4gb each, wd 1tb blue, 2 fans and the motherboard which is a msi pc mate

I agree with Jimmy. Even if it boots, then you'll have power issues when you stress the card unless you underclock it a bit.

Do you have other options of GPUs?
