Question Corsair CX550 very loud noise coming from fan.

Today I bought a new psu and after plugging it in and turning on the PC it started doing really loud vibrating noises like something was in the way of the fan. But on inspection the fan was clear. I tried reinstalling the psu and spraying it with air but nothing helped. Any ideas?

If it does it outside of the case then return it.

Weird.

I know in the past, Corsair had some case fans where the impeller wasn't fully seated on the spindle. When mounted with the fan pointing down, it would vibrate with an imbalance. Customers were told to push in on the hub to "pop" the impeller into place.
