my old psu has been running for 7 year-ish and i think replacing it for a new one would be a good idea since i don't know the psu brand that i use right know, some chinese cheap brand i think. I found these two in the title have similiar price with bronze 80 on both. Any recommendation beetwen this two and which is better ? Thank you

i like the corsair because it's semi modular but i read some thread that the be quiet are bit better but i am not really sure

No way it's better. At first the be quiet is 230v only while de Corsair is full range. Second the Corsair has a better platform, better caps, better fan, better cables and connectors and better some small other things.

You better get https://www.tokopedia.com/sempurnautama/power-supply-adata-xpg-pylon-550w-80-bronze-psu?extParam=ivf=false&src=search
first time hear this adata psu, is it better than the corsair ? also some random question, can a bad psu give static shock to pc case ? my pc always gave little zap whenever i touch it and anything that made out of metal/ allumunium ( like headphone jack, flashdrive, etc.) that connected will do the same.
