No Corsair is not better than Antec. Corsair if anything has gone cheap on everything but their highest end models. The HCG 520 and 620 are both made by Seasonic and a step up in quality from the CWT made Corsair CX series. No cheap capacitors and early death issues with the HCG series.
HD 7850 Crossfire needs a recommended 575 watts. The Antec is the better power supply though and if you can get a higher wattage Antec or maybe something else I don't recommend Crossfire with the CX series. They are fine with a single low power card but they have cheap capacitors in them that don't hold up well when stressed.

7850's in cf and an i3 ntel Core i3-3220 can be run on a cx 430 at full load, i've done it, Would I run my system like that for long? No not likely but he cx600 can do this without any issue at all.

For a system using two AMD reference design Radeon HD 7850 graphics cards in 2-way CrossFireX mode AMD specifies a minimum of an 600 Watt or greater system power supply. The power supply should also have a maximum combined +12 Volt continuous current rating of 39 Amps or greater and have at least two 6-pin PCI Express supplementary power connectors. Some of the non-reference design Radeon HD 7850 graphics cards require at least two 6-pin PCI Express supplementary power connectors for each graphics card so the power supply should have at least four 6-pin PCI Express supplementary power connectors.

Total Power Supply Wattage is NOT the crucial factor in power supply selection!!! Sufficient Total Combined Continuous Power/Current Available on the +12V Rail(s) rated at 45°C - 50°C ambient temperature, is the most critical factor.

Overclocking of the CPU and/or GPU(s) will require an additional increase to the maximum combined +12 Volt continuous current ratings, recommended above, to meet the increase in power required for the overclock. The additional amount required will depend on the magnitude of the overclock being attempted.

The SeaSonic M12II 650 (SS-650AM), with its maximum combined +12 Volt continuous current rating of 53 Amps and with four (6+2)-pin PCI Express supplementary power connectors, is more than sufficient to power your system configuration with two Radeon HD 7850 graphics cards in 2-way CrossFireX mode.

power draw with pitcarin and ivy is way down, it's not like the 1st gen i5 or i 7 paired with 2 fermi cards even though the performance is quite similar

If this sounds right at all I was disappointed with how well the 7850 performed vs my 570

they top out at under 150watts a each and the 3570 even oc to what the OP has got is going hit 120 watts maybe (not sure but it is close) add a cd drive and hd's

About 450 watts Full load, trust me my cx 600 puts out a lot more juice than that with my Q6600 @ 3.8/6 and my gtx570 oc'd to 920mhz and in the last 4 months I've been doing some serious gaming 5-6 hours per session

So I guess saying get either was off a but I feel comfortable recommending the cx600 there is lots of power there.
