Question CORSAIR DDR5 6000 CL30 vs 6400 CL32

Looking for RAM for 13700k both of these options are currently the same price currently
CORSAIR DDR5 6000 CL30 - 6400 CL32

CMK32GX5M2B6000C30 vs CMK32GX5M2B6400C32​

Does anyone have any opinions on what I should go for, mainly for gaming, Is the lower latency better or speed better.

The first thing to ask is does your motherboard support the higher speed? If yes, then get the higher speed one.

Latency is irrelevant until you're comparing kits of the same speed, because latency is in clock cycles. And in this case, they're both the same latency (at least for that part of it) anyway as 30/6000 = 32/6400.
