Corsair Dominator Airflow Fan... is really usefull?

This fan for the ram really helps the performance of the computer? If I'm plannig to overclock this is a usefull product? after all it only cost 20 $ so I was wondering

It's kinda noisy, but does what it's supposed to do.

I've only read mediocre reviews of the Dominator's fan so far. Its better than nothing, but that's about it.

In contrast, Jonnyguru.com reviewed a fan by CoolIT, called the "Ram Fan", and he gave that fan his approval.
