Corsair Dominator DDR4 3200MHz 16GB compatibility

So I've just ordered a new PC where I picked all the parts, now I just noticed on my motherboards website it does not show this particular ram on the QVL. Will it work or do I have to send send it back when it arrives?

Corsair Dominator DDR4 3200MHz 16GB with an I7 8700k with MSI Z370 Gaming Pro Carbon AC, S-1151.

Intel systems are not that problematic than ryzen ones, would try them. Update your BIOS to the latest one in BIOS itself using M-Flash and you should be fine.

Do you think that is an absolute must? I've never really done that though I know it is easy, it is spooky aswell in case something were to happen. And if I were to do it, should I install windows 10 first on this brand new computer or flash first?

On another sidenote, on corsairs website for these particular memories it says it's compatible with " Intel 100 Series,Intel 200 Series,Intel 300 Series" and what I understand this motherboard is from the intel 300 series, or am I completely wrong?

It´s no must, but to ensure the best compatibility I would update it. Nothing will happen, only if there would be a power outage.
