Question Corsair Fan Error

I bought a single Corsair QL 140 for the rear of my fan case. I have it running from one of 3 Commanders. All the other fans (13 others) will address appropriately. This one shows 2 red leds. No matter which commander I plug it into. I'd post a pic, but can't for some reason.

Host your image on a site like Imgur or their ilk and then parse the URL here for us to see. See if your motherboard has any BIOS updates pending. What version of Corsair's iCue app are you workign with?
